What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, city and your message. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page and campaign parameters (UTM) so we can understand which channels bring genuine buyers.
Cookies and analytics
We use a first-party cookie named _fkv to recognise a returning browser and to attribute an enquiry to its original source. It contains a random identifier, not your name or email, and lasts one year. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to count page views, traffic sources and clicks on contact buttons; Google sets its own _ga cookies, which we use for aggregate reporting only. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags.
What we do not collect
We do not record the values you type into a form before you submit it. Form-start events only record which fields have been filled and how long you spent on the page. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you, prepare a quotation and follow up on an order. Aggregated analytics help us improve the site. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to service the commercial relationship and meet accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data by emailing sales@huaxiangdiaper.com. You can opt out of analytics by clearing or blocking the _fkv and _ga cookies in your browser, or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on; the site continues to work normally.
