A registered brand for your territory — without us ever selling against you.
We own registered brands built for Chinese retail. Instead of launching them overseas ourselves, we license them by country. You get a defensible brand; we stay a manufacturer.
A factory running DTC overseas is a factory competing with its own customers
Every OEM buyer asks the same question before signing: “Will you sell your own brand in my market, cheaper than me?” If the answer is yes, he walks — because he would be funding the validation of his own competitor.
Most Chinese factories that launch consumer brands abroad lose money in year one: no local team, no advertising budget, and inventory risk on a product with a 2-year shelf life. Licensing avoids all three.
Our commitment, in writing: if you manufacture with us under your own brand, we will not sell our brands or any look-alike SKU into your territory for the term of our agreement. This clause appears in the contract, not just on a website.

Indicative structure. Final terms depend on territory size, category and volume commitment.
| Item | Typical position | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Territory | One country, or a customs union by agreement | Exclusivity tied to volume milestones |
| Term | 2–3 years, renewable | Renewal conditional on volume |
| Category scope | Baby / feminine / adult, separately | Prevents one partner blocking all three |
| Entry volume | 1–2 containers within 90 days | Proves the market before exclusivity starts |
| Licence fee | Negotiable, often credited against first orders | Structure matters more than amount |
| Brand control | Artwork approval, no formula change | Protects both sides’ equity |
| Non-compete | We do not sell our brands in your territory | Written into the contract |
Four steps, about six weeks
Territory check
You name the country and category. We check trademark status there and tell you honestly if the mark is available.
Filing
If clear, we file in your territory — or you file and we assign. Nothing is licensed before the application is on record.
Trial container
One container under the licensed brand, with your label and our artwork system. Exclusivity follows volume, not signatures.
Licence agreement
Exclusive territory, term, non-compete and volume milestones, signed after the trial container clears.
Ask whether a brand is still open in your country
Tell us the territory and category. We will reply with trademark status and whether that market is already represented.
