Your brand on our line — from artwork to loaded container in 20–30 days.
This is our main business. Most of what leaves our factory carries somebody else’s name. Below is exactly how that works: what you send us, what we send back, and how long each step takes.
Your brand in 5 simple steps
The same process, without the day-by-day detail. The full timeline is below if you want to plan around it.
Market, product and target price — that is enough to start.
Within 12 working hours, in writing: per piece and per container.
Free samples of running models; custom samples in 3–7 days.
20–30 days after artwork approval and deposit. Large orders: 25–35 days. Inline QC and photos at every stage.
FOB Guangzhou — the inland leg from Hengyang to the port is on our side of the price. Documents and loading photos included.
Pick the track that matches where you are
Buyers arrive at different stages. We do not sell everyone the same package.
OEM — you already have a brand
You send artwork and a spec. We produce, bag, carton and ship under your label. Your trademark, your market, our line.
ODM — you need a product first
Start from our proven specs by market tier. We adapt weight, SAP and packing to your target price, then you put your brand on it.
Ready stock — you want to test
Selected running models from stock, mixed loading allowed. The cheapest way to prove a market before committing to a production run.
From enquiry to container: eight steps
Timeline assumes artwork is approved and deposit is received. The two steps that most often delay a first order are artwork approval and trademark documents — start both early.

What “private label” actually covers here
Many suppliers call repacking “private label”. We separate the three levels so you know what you are paying for.
| Level | What changes | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| L1 Repack | Bag print only, standard product inside | Fast market test |
| L2 Private label | Print + count + size run + carton | Established distributor |
| L3 ODM | Print + core spec + materials + packing | Retail chain, own brand |
L3 requires a sample round and a tooling-free setup — no mould cost, but a longer approval cycle.
Packs we have produced for other people’s brands
Different tiers, different markets, different shelf languages — one factory. Tell us which shelf yours looks like.
Packs produced for clients. Brands shown with permission; some are our own.
What we need from you
Six items. If you have all six, a first quotation takes one working day instead of a week of questions.
Destination market
Country, and whether you are the importer of record. It decides label language and compliance route.
Target shelf price
Retail price per pack and pack count. This is more useful than a target FOB price.
Trademark proof
Registration or application number. Nigeria NAFDAC and several Gulf schemes require it before registration.
Pack format
Pieces per bag, bags per carton, size mix. Or ask us to propose a standard mix.
Artwork
Print-ready file, or a brief plus your logo for our designer to build it.
Incoterm & port
FOB / CFR / FCA / EXW, and destination port so we can quote freight if needed.
Four things that make a first container safer
- 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copyYou keep the balance until the goods are on board and documented.
- Split into two containers if you need toStart with one and roll the second once the first clears.
- You inspect, we pay the inspectorThird-party inspection before loading, at our cost, on your first container.
- Sample fee credited to your first orderCustom sampling is charged, then deducted from the production invoice.
Send six items, get a quote in one day
Market, target shelf price, pack format, trademark status, destination port. That is enough for a real number instead of a range.
